Not sure where to begin? Start with Foundational Reformer or a private session.

A starting point for new students. Learn the Reformer, basic movement patterns, and alignment. Slow-paced with close guidance to build confidence and control.

A full-body class combining foundational exercises with progressions. Instructors offer modifications and challenges so each student can work at their own level.

A beginner class that concentrates on essential movements, correct alignment, and safety when using the reformer machine. These 50-minute sessions enhance daily mobility with controlled exercises such as footwork, leg circles, and core exercises, frequently using springs for resistance to improve strength and coordination.

An advanced-beginner or intermediate class is suitable for students who have mastered the fundamentals of Reformer 1.0. It focuses on strengthening and elongating the whole body, featuring quicker transitions, greater resistance, and the use of props such as balls, boxes, and magic circles.

An intermediate class with more complex sequencing and transitions. Designed for students comfortable with core exercises and ready to move with more strength and control.
Note: to participate in Reformer 2.0 classes, students need to complete at least 15 classes at the Reformer 1 and 1.5 levels.
