The Grounded Frog is a Pilates and yoga studio built on the idea that movement should feel steady, supportive, and sustainable. It is a place to build strength, improve awareness, and return to your body with intention.
Story & Philosophy
The studio grew out of a lifelong relationship with movement. What began in early dance training evolved over time through injury, teaching, and years of exploring how the body responds to both effort and rest. Pilates became a foundation for rebuilding strength and control, while yoga introduced a quieter, more grounded approach—one that emphasized breath, awareness, and the ability to slow down.
The Grounded Frog brings these two practices together in a way that is practical and accessible. Classes are designed to help students move with clarity rather than intensity, focusing on alignment, breath, and steady progression. The goal is not perfection, but consistency—building strength, improving mobility, and creating a sense of balance that extends beyond the studio. Small group sizes and personalized instruction allow each student to work at their own pace, developing confidence and awareness over time.
